JMLP portfolio includes 400+ international operators and routes. This key asset enables us to place a large number of test calls from various geographies and from different types of network.
Testing Infrastructure
Call generators that execute daily a representative sample of transactions (voice, SMS, data services, MMS…). The call generators are hosted in JMLP locations with access to 2G, 3G and 4G network. A “best of breed” SIM multiplexing technology that enables us to offer seamlessly the service globally in a very efficient way. All SIM cards are centralized, which enables us to deliver the service more securely.
Fraud Cases Detection
On a recurring basis, we present and confirm the issues we identified with the Client Fraud and Revenue Assurance team. During those formal meetings we present findings in details, we share fraud market insights and we help the Client team design corrective actions.
